For personal visas you need one passport photo, passport, filled visa application form and copy of travel insurance. Singly entry visa processing time usually 5 working days plus delivery (by mail). Notice extra nationality fee from other than Finnish citizens. Please make sure that your passport is valid and in good condition!

Double entry visa and multi visa processing time is 5-6 weeks, possibly 8 weeks at tourist season, plus delivery. For multivisa processing, you need to pay advance payment of 50 € to our account: 571004-255691. Receipt of this payment should be attached with application form. Visa processing starts after we receive this payment.
Notice that passport should be valid until 6 months after the visa ends!.

For 12 month visa we need filled visa application form, one passport photo, copy of travel insurance, and copy of photo spread of passport. We inform you by phone when recommendation arrives. You must then send the passport to us. The final say on whether one gets a visa or not is on Russian authorities.

For 12 month visa, you should fill reason of the trip as culture, business or driver, according to your reason. Fill workplace information in full (profession, company, address). Passport may contain only one valid visa at time.
If any of this information is missing, we may have to ask you to fill another form.
If you need express processing, please consult us first to ensure speedy processing. In case of 2 week express processing, we need to have your passport immediately.

Group visas only for Finnish citizens
For group visa, following is needed for every participant: a photocopy of photo page spread of valid visa (must be of same size as original), filled visa application form, and one passport photo. Also needed is numbered list of participants with following information: surname, first name, gender, date of birth, passport number. Delivery time 5 working days. Please make sure that your passport is valid and in good condition!

Travel insurance is mandatory for every visa type. For group visas we take only a group insurance, either acquired by customer or provided through Neva Tours.
For Finnish persons, medical and hospitalization insurance through us (provided by insurance company IF) for single entry visas 1 € / day.
For group visas: 1 - 4 days: 1 €/person.

For group visas, maximum duration is 4 days (only Russian Karelia and St. Petersburg areas.)

Russian holidays, consulates decisions or tourist season can lenghten the delivery time. Russian authorities have the final say about visa admissions. Customer is responsible for checking that all dates, passport numbers, names etc. are correct. Possible corrections take 1-3 working days. Turun Neva Tours Oy isn’t responsible for changes made by the consulate.
